Deviations from the instructions in this document while operating in an official capacity could lead to severe disciplinary action at the discretion of leadership and in extreme cases can lead to criminal charges or investigation by city officials
All San Andreas Fire Department Standard Operating Procedures, unless superseded by a specific part of this plan, remain in effect for Hazardous Materials incidents

-Operational Guidelines
Heavy duty Tow Crane arm and Boom 60 degrees upwards and downwards movement with num pad 8 & 5 keys.
360 degrees rotation with mouse for the crane base. To avoid mouse rotation press tab or use mouse wheel while in driver's. seat weapon change will cause it to stop moving.
Crane arm works just like a deck gun/water turret on the engine when equipped. But you can also control up and down crane arm movements with num keys additionally.
Open rear left door from door menu to extend the crane arm (boom extension) it will slide backward to its full capacity. (sometimes it can glitch you need to fix vehicle if that happens)
Open boot for vehicle tow hitch (support at rear)
Hold "H" key for 2 seconds for support legs to roll out or roll back in (animation).
Press "H" once to release hook from a vehicle
Hook only attaches to front or rear bumpers of cars or trucks.
Move the rotator or the crane arm very slowly with mouse or keyboard keys so that the tow hitch (hook) doesn't break when car is moved or shaken too fast. (just like real life)
Don't raise the crane arm too high with num key pad if its not necessary
