This manual shall serve as the official department SOPs for the Training Division & Field Training Officers

These policies are meant to provide guidance when dealing with training procedures and becoming certified as a SAFD FTO

The San Andreas Fire Department needs high quality training and members who are subject matter experts to conduct said training in order to remain proficient at our duties so we may provide the highest level of service to the citizens we serve

All fire department personnel shall follow these policies and accompanying procedures to the best of their ability. All members will understand and follow these policies and procedures. Officers of the department are responsible to ensure their subordinates understand and follow these policies and procedures. Officers will document and report deviations to the Fire Chief, or his/her designee, for review.
