SAFD EVALUATION PROCESS
- Purpose
Before said member of the fire and/or EMS department will be able to move up in ranks they will have to prove they have the knowledge and dedication necessary to perform their duties.
We have created standardized evaluation forms for each specific movement in rank.
Both EMS and Fire have separate documents that function in the exact same way.
There will be questions on general knowledge, city rules knowledge and they will have to prove they can actually perform their duties in the city.
Every form has a set amount of minimum correct answers and a ride along. Points will be awarded for every question in the form. The questions consist of but do not exclude:
