- Purpose

In order to provide high quality emergency services to the citizens of Nodus the San Andreas Fire Department needs to continually hire high quality professional firefighters. This SOP shall serve as the standard for which we hire and onboard new staff.

- Application Process

1. 1. Applicants apply through the Application form found in the NODUS discord

      • SAFD APPLICATION

      • Located in: Applications Channel

   2. Submitted applications auto-post in the "Applications" channel under [EMPLOYEE RECORDS]

   3. A thread is created for the application

   4. Applicant information will be checked against "Blacklisted Applicants" and Former Employees List

   5. Command Staff reviews the application and takes a vote to hire or deny (comments in thread as necessary)

      • If APPROVED:

        1. FTO or Command Staff conducts a background check in-city through LSPD

        2. Chief will post application result in the "Factions Announcements" channel in Nodus Discord

        3. Recruit will receive and invitation to SAFD Discord

        4. Recruit will show up in the "Lobby" and Role will be changed from 'New Person' to '[Recruit]-Name'

        5. A thread will be created in "Schedule Interview" Channel

        6. The Recruit, FTOs and Command Staff will schedule the interview and proceed with the hiring process

      • If DENIED

        1. Chief MAY or MAY NOT post result in the "Factions Announcements" channel in Nodus Discord

        2. Recruit Character Name and Discord ID will be logged for future reference
