SAFD ORIENTATION PROCESS
- Purpose
Keep in mind that this is the recruits first experience and impression of the San Andreas Fire Department. The orientation process should be conducted in a standardized format, in order, so that the loads of information presented to them in a short period of time can make sense. DO NOT conduct the orientation out-of-order. It is set up in a specific manner to help the recruit understand things in a manner that makes sense. Each step of the orientation should build upon each other.
